- It is not exact translation, a private codebook, or meaning by glyph shape.
- Public endpoints are read-only.
- DatabaseOnly must work without live AI.
- LM Studio is optional and local.
- Embedding population is local-only.
- Private-use characters are outside the public-symbol boundary.
- Public responses must not expose secrets, local paths, private vectors, or private corpus internals.
